Story:
Since the US navy fleet passes this small island, the war reaches the hideout of general escobar ...

Balancing:
I tested it several times with bots and there seems to be no "overpowered" side,
but of course this is no warranty for humanmatches. So your feedback is welcome
to fix existing issues.

Sorry, for CA - but it is a weed leaf. But, all nations can play it & the CA's maybe get more power by feeling it's THEIR map ;-)
