I have a replay from a game last night, but i cant seam to play in use windows media player or upload it to youtube so i looked around to see if there was any where to change the format but i couldent find it. Is there anyway of changing the format?

You'll have to run the replay through WiC and record it with some other program. Replays are designed so that a player can watch and move the camera around differently than he (or the original player) did.
